These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snagr app and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Snagr surfaces publicly available restaurant reservation availability and lets you track venues and receive alerts. Availability is provided by third-party reservation platforms and can change at any time. We do not make, hold, or guarantee any reservation, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of any third-party platform or restaurant.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as expressly allowed.
• Do not use the Service to violate the rules of any reservation platform or restaurant.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your app store account, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are subject to the app store's terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reservation will be available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snagr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, or reservations arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
